Cloud.mail.ru has changed their TOS in June 8, 2018 Most significantly they introduced this new rule (translated): https://cloud.mail.ru/LA/ 6.4.9. implement automatic blocking and cleaning of the Personal disk space from any information (files, folders, etc.) if the Licensee does not use it continuously for 9 (nine) months. Locking entails a reduction in the amount of personal disk space to 8 GB Blocking and cleaning are applied to Licensees who use Personal Disk Space at no cost or after the period in which the Additional functionality of the Service was provided in accordance with the selected tariff. This is why many Cloud.mail.ru links are becoming offline. If a determined number of files isn't acessed publicly and the owner has not logged in a period of 9 months the account gets frozen. The files still remain there, but to unfroze the account you need to verify a phone number, and each number can only be used a couple times. When the account is unfrozen, all the links become online again. I don't know for how long these files will be kept if the account becomes frozen for too long. I recommend anyone who has used Cloud.mail.ru, to mirror these file in any other filehost from the allowed ones (Google Drive, MEGA, Yandex.Disk,...).
